Tim administers the Boston Planning and Development Agency's (BPDA's) housing programs and policies; oversees the implementation of the BPDA's Inclusionary Development Program (IDP); directs and participates in the management and coordination of complex residential and mixed-use projects, such as 1000 Boylston; and oversees the BPDA's Artist Housing Initiative.
